Es war super und leicht. Anfangs hatte ich meine Bedenken aber es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Der Bus hat alle von ihren Unterkünften eingesammelt und am Ende zum Flughafen gefahren. Der Busfahrer war super lieb und die Fahrt war entspannt und angenehm. Ich war früh genug da und hatte noch 3h um alles zu erledigen. Würde ich wieder machen ! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Very nice service and incredibly friendly driver. It's true that they communication is poor. I was supposed to get picked up at 11am and only received an email the night before with the exact location and time. That triggered massive anxiety. But eventually they reached our and everything went according to plan. The driver was on time and it took us ~2hours from Rethymnon to Heraklion airport (the bus was half full).

Le transfert c'est bien passé cependant la communication fût laborieuse: nous n'avons pas pu avoir l'organisateur avant la veille. On nous a envoyé l'horaire sans possibilité d'y changer quoi que ce soit ou d'émettre un avis et le jour J notre confirmation a disparu de l'application alors que nous devions retrouver les billets et les numéros d'urgence en cas de besoin.
