Takes a lot of time to get there: a long ride with the bus and about 3 hour with the ferry (the same back) so you will have about 3 hours to visit. But it is amazing! Breathtaking! So take a good book or watch a movie on the road to past the time.

We enjoyed our trip to santorini but it is a long day for a very short time in santorini itself. The ferry is very warm on the way over to santorini as well and we felt quite uncomfortable. The tour guide was excellent and santorini itself is beautiful. We enjoyed our trip but and it was definitely worth a visit.

Very nice island but unfortunately far too many people as tourists there. The prices for the things in life are aimed at the tourists so everything is quite expensive. A visit is always worthwhile because of the beautiful landscape, but you have to know that everything is geared towards tourism.
