Our pick-up that morning was late. I called the Get Your Guide number and spoke with a staff member named Joseph who was kind and thoughtful, insisting on keeping me on the phone until our ride arrived which he did. The initial driver seemed to speak very little English, stopped and picked up one other person and dropped us off along a busy highway where a larger vehicle sat waiting for us, felt a little sketchy. This large city bus stopped at multiple hotels between Heraklion and our first stop, taking over 2.5 hours, NO BATHROOM available during any of this time.

Nice tour! The tour guide Ranja showed us very well through the Tqg. On Spinalonga we took part in the tour, went about half an hour and would have liked to have been a little longer, after which we were allowed to explore the island. Really nice there! It was best to take the boat from Spinalonga back to Elounda, we stopped again and were allowed to jump into the water from the boat - a unique experience! The hygiene measures were observed in the bus and on the boat, all in all we enjoyed the tour.

Well organized. It was very busy on the ship all the way with the bbq. But that too went faster as I thought despite the crowds. Had to wait 45 minutes to an hour before the ship left the first time due to late arrivals. Guides true top and very enthusiastic, bus driver top, island and the beach of Kolokitha very beautiful (beware of sea urchins at the small rocks along the beach). We didn't feel like the last town you are going to (day was quite long).
