Full description

Explore the magnificent hilly landscape of the Sierras Chicas by horseback. Get picked up from central Córdoba at 9:00-9:30 am and drive out to the scenic ranch where you'll spend the next 2 days. After getting an introductory tour, your guide will pair you with the horse that best suits your skill-level. Then learn how to ride gaucho style whether you're an experienced rider or a total beginner and take some time to practice your newfound skills in the hills surrounding the ranch. Break for a delicious "asado" lunch, an authentic Argentinian barbecue. After lunch, enjoy some free time to rest and relax before getting back on the horse to explore a different trail accompanied by your guide. Bed down at the ranch for the night in comfortable accommodation. Use the second day to explore more trails. Say your goodbyes to the ranch and the horses around 6:00 pm and get transported back to your accommodation.

The host was most welcoming and accommodating, he chose the perfect horses for us and made the experience a truly memorable one. This is a working farm with many animals wondering about and it has a feeling of a happy home. At the same time there is the comfort of own en-suite room. BBQ lunch on day one was excellent too.
