Fun class with personable and knowledgeable chef who spoke excellent English. Very well organised. A great way to spend 3 hours in Madrid. I also enjoyed the pre-class tour of the markets and the opportunity to buy the spices and equipment needed to reproduce the recipes at home. Very clear instructions about the meeting point and local contact details. It was terrific that you arranged for me to be able to attend as a single person. However I was charged 10€ more than the advertised price- I think I should have that extra 10€ refunded. That is my only complaint. The experience itself was fantastic. I think they would have sold a few aprons to the class if they had had them available as a memento.
He did a phenomenal job teaching the class and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His English was great and he provided some unique insight in terms of how to pick out the correct ingredients, how to tell if what you're getting is authentic, and he provided the recipes with great notes to follow at home. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who loves cooking and expanding their recipes as they travel!
A very worthwhile experience. We learned lots of useful cheffy type tips, had some hands on, enjoyed a small group of people, ate a lovely lunch and had lots to smile about. This is a fun activity with a knowledgeable chef, suitable for all amateur cooks or non cooks.

Definitely a high point in our trip. Great class size. Very personal and informative. A nice way to spend a few hours.
