It is my very first time in a hard rock cafe and I have very high expectations. When me and my boyfriend arrived in the venue the staff assigned us to a table for two which by the way is not a very good and comfortable spot. It is by the corner and the wall was like a storage door with poor lighting and the chair is very compressed to the table which doesn’t give us enough space. I didn’t feel like I’m going to enjoy my dinner that time and so I approached the guy who assigned us the seat and asked him to kindly look for a more comfortable spot that has enough space and luckily he found a table for us and was able to enjoy our dinner. The food was worth the price and had some few drinks by the bar. Message to the manager: I know you are working very hard to accomodate more customers but just a friendly advice, please get rid of that seat, no one will be comfortable sitting in that table. The couple who sat after us even requested to move to another table for comfort. Thank you!

We arrived around 20h00, half an hour early. We there heard our table was not available because someone else used our reservation under the same name. This is nearly impossible, since I have a very unusual name. Luckily the manager immediately assigned us to another table. We had a great waiter, good and friendly service and the food was, as usual, very good.

Ein wenig chaotisch am Empfang, zum Konzept gehört Englischsprachige Bedienungen die immer wieder mal ins Deutsche switchen. Beispiel "a beautiful Tisch" war r kamen glücklicherweise zur Cocktail Happy Hour, zwei ausgewählte Cocktails zum Preis von einem. Bei unserem Menü gehörten ein Hauptgericht, eine Nachspeise und ein Getränk (Kaffee oder Soda). Bestellt haben wir den legendary Burger, eine Cola und das Brownie mit Schlagsahne. Essen war okay kein Highlight aber lecker. Es kam auch eine live Band die sich etwas Zeit gelassen hat. Denke zu später Stunde ist das, gepaart mit dem Interieur eine tolle Veranstaltung. Wir bräuchten es jetzt nicht wieder aber es war mal was anderes.
