The tour started out really well and we enjoyed the information provided through out the trip. We liked the ideal of being able to get on and off at will, but only used that privilage one time. The problem came when one of their drivers did not understand regulations concerning hand caped passengers and their service dog. I was through off the bus because I could not climb the stairs to the upper deck of the bus, when the entire handcape area was wide open. The next bus came by 40 minutes later and we were able to board and return to the start of the ride.

What people are saying about Coit Tower
I honestly enjoyed everything from the walking tour and lunch in Chinatown. As well as the walking tour in the North Beach area area where so much history was shared. Although my favorite was Chinatown due to my strong interest in Chinese history and culture, I feel I learned so much from the guide who was very knowledgeable. The best ending was the ferry ride to the golden gate bridge and Alcatraz with the wonderful view and wind blowing strongly. At the end, this was a great guided tour with an outstanding guide who was helpful and engaging and even took us to some extra places with additional time.
This tour is for folks who want to take the time and learn about the cities landmarks, history & are fine with walking all over the city. Ted.B was our guide and he did an excellent job.
