However there are underground catacombs ready to be explored next to this famous church. After we get the first taste of this amazing experience we will visit the Ottoman baths or Paradise hamam as it was called. Apart from spending time underground, it was also common to have public baths everywhere in Thessaloniki! Of course we can't miss the Holy protector of the city Saint Dimitrios. Everyone knows about this famous church which is the most important symbol of early Christianity but who knows what's lied underneath the church?
