Excellent communication with company and driver from the start of the booking process which was easy to navigate. Our driver, Bilal was flexible in accommodating our requests/changes etc suggesting options which suited us and providing us with general information about the places we visited - we felt a guide was unnecessary. The tour was the perfect way to see numerous sites which would have been difficult to get to if trying to organise it yourself via public transport.

Definitely worth the money! Everywhere you go, you'll have beautiful views of Mt Fuji (provided it's a clear day), the outlets included. The guide was charming and informative, and the driver was professional.

Everything was totally awesome! Should be better announced that you must have your physical passport on you for shopping at the outlets, however.

It’s a pretty chill tour and it’s perfect get away day from the city.

Good driver, exellent guide and well organised trip!
