The City Pass made it so easy to go from place to place except Shedd’s Aquarium. They were not going to let us use them because it wasn’t an actual ticket, we finally had to get some from security to get us in! But that wasn’t CityPass issue, that was a training issue at the aquarium. We were not the only ones with this issues.

I paid extra for the "Express Pass," and I'm glad I did. The line was long but I was allowed to pass a lot of people. And last but not least, the ride provided a nice aerial view of the Chicago skyline. It was well worth it for me!

Danny really helped me understand and learn how beautiful and fascinating the City is/are, a lot of fun facts too. For someone who likes to travel olone its definetely a safe and fun one. Thank you!

Accidentally reserved the wrong day but was able to get into every attraction promptly with no issues. Went straight through as advertised. Very pleased.

Reserve your time and if possible, go during work hours to avoid long lines. We went straight up and right to the ledge - No lines. Great experience.
