After "Air" (owner, cook) picked us up at the hotel, we were allowed to visit a nice market together where he also bought various ingredients directly. He was happy to answer all of our questions about the various foods in great detail. Air has extensive knowledge, a lot of experience and brings this across with his healthy sense of humour. Afterwards we were allowed to prepare the food at his home, whereby his instructions were always very precise and the food was delicious. Air has a separate outdoor kitchen especially for this event, which is used exclusively for this purpose. The premises were modern, well maintained and very, very clean. Even beginners got their money's worth thanks to Air's support. We can warmly recommend this event and would visit Air again at any time.

Very nice experience with Air who is a chef who teaches us Thai cuisine directly at home in a kitchen equipped for lessons. Beforehand, a visit to the market to discover the typical ingredients of Thai cuisine and then learning 3 dishes that will be tasted on site…. Functional, efficient, and above all very greedy, we had the right to make a green curry, a mushroom soup and a pad Thai…. To recommend without hesitation! Thanks Air

I love to talk to Buddhist monk. I have no idea that this is avaliable. I also love to visit local house to see people make silver plate. Thank Phill to make this is special :)
