It was well worth the money, I booked this activity as a surprise birthday gift and it was much appreciated. It made the trip quite unforgettable and while seeing so many things from the bird perspective crosses off quite a few things such as taking a ferry to see the Statue of Liberty or going on a rooftop of say Freedom Tower. The audio quire wasn’t the language I had booked it in but thankfully we both understood English so it wasn’t too bad. Music which was played suited the ambiente and to finish the tour with Empire State of Mind by Alicia Keys was fantastically fitting. We arrived earlier than our scheduled time and they even managed to take us on an earlier flight. It’s a great activity I can only recommend doing it, it’s not an everyday thing to do so - give it a try. :)

Arriving a half-hour early worked well. The Bateau is a charming atmosphere to sit with family and friends. The music is soft and conducive to relaxing and good conversation. The deck is a great place to stand outside and watch the Manhattan skyline and breath the fresh air. The choices of appetizers, entrees and dessert were excellent. We chose the clam chowder, the swordfish and cheesecake and all were delicious. A small orchestra provided live music for most of the trip. They were charming, entertaining and their choice of music excellent for a dinner cruise. The servers and staff was polite, attentive and skilled. Stopping by the statue of liberty was inspired. We took pictures of the famous Lady and reflected on the good fortune of living in the free world, filled with opportunities. The three hour duration of the dinner cruise was perfect. Our family of four will forever cherish the memory of that cruise.

A wonderful night out ! The staff were charming, courteous & attentive. Band was tight. Relaxing adult atmosphere. Noticed lots of fellow native New Yorkers ! Food was delicious & plentiful, served with precision timing. Already planing my next trip !

Overall it was a great experience, it was my husband birthday and that’s what he wanted as gift, he did enjoy himself well . Now the food service might take a little longer than expected but it’s a lot of people in there got to be patient.
