Friendly guide that showed us tons of places that we never would have found on our own. Great thing about her was that she was very flexible and able to adjust the tour according to what different people wanted to see. There was a ton of walking and with seeing so many sites in a group there were places that we liked that we had to rush through for the sake of time. Sandy, our guide, did her best to give us breaks which we appreciated. Also I would add that though the guide told us things about every place we didn't really go into great depth at any one location, but with but the amount of places we visited that would have been hard. Overall we had a good time and appreciated that Sandy really does go out of her way to show everybody what they want to see. If you are up for some walking we recommend this tour.

Just a tremendous tour of the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, The Statue of Liberty and Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Our tour guide James was friendly and possessed a thorough knowledge of not only our tour sites but the history of NYC in general. Cannot recommend it enough. My only “gripe” is more with the ferry operators who herd people onto and off of the boat to Liberty and Ellis Islands. There has to be a method that’s more organized. Again, that’s beyond the control of the tour and to his credit, James had advised us to take our time joining the lines and relax. Appreciated the forewarning In all, excellent tour and tour guide

Great history and background without too much. And the walking was definitely reasonable as we were with our 11 and 8 yo boys. Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island was at our own pace.

Our guide was friendly and well I formed, kept the group together and shared insights into the city, like where to eat or stop for clean bathroom breaks!

Tour guide was knowledgeable and relatively humorous.
