Full description
Begin your tour at Giraldo Square, the living center of Évora, featuring various architectural styles, from Moorish arches to Renaissance fountains to the Gothic Church of São Francisco. Enjoy some free time to taste a regional sweet and relax in the square. Then head to one of the most important landmarks in Portugal, the Roman temple, also known as the Temple of Diana. Marvel at the striking 14 column facade made from well-preserved granite that astonishes those who see it for the first time. Next, you can explore the Bones Chapel if you wish. Enter an otherworldly space that holds the skulls and skeletons of around 5000 monks from the sixteenth century as well as two completely intact corpses displayed in the chapel. Feel free to sit this one out if it sounds a bit too disturbing. At lunchtime, dine in one of the best Évora restaurants and taste some delicious regional cuisine. Then visit the Cathedral of Evora, a Roman-Gothic church from the eighth century. Climb the tower to get a breathtaking view of the city and the fields surrounding it. Afterwards, go to a farm where you can taste some typical Alentejo wines. Thanks to the region's unique climate, the vineyards in the area produce some of the best wines in Portugal. On the way back to Lisbon, stop in Arraiolos and marvel at the unusual circular architecture of fourteenth century castle while wandering around the well-preserved old walls. Then learn about the famous Arraiolos carpets and see firsthand how they are produced by hand before picking your favorite to take home as a souvenir.

The tour is very long for a whole day, the wine tasting is a lie. They take you to see a warehouse to buy their products. The time in Evora is very short and the wine tasting is too long. The food is already scam. To go to the restaurant they take you, it is worth eating a snack anywhere. The company only pays € 15 per guest, we have to put money out of pocket.
