Everything except the Hammetschwand restaurant was ok. Self-service is the order of the day there, which I can understand. I think it's ok to clean up. But the guests are asked to clean the tables themselves, which I find unreasonable, especially since there are no cleaning materials available. The staff should do a tour to see that everything is OK. There was also a notice: "Toilets closed". Better communication would be great!

Easy purchase-validation process! Just take a screenshot of the barcode of the pass and the train regulators will scan it :)

Instructions were very clear and exchnge of voucher in the counter was quite easy process.

The info provided about the different places was really interesting

Had a fantastic trip. Very easy to get on the bus, boat or train.
