I booked & paid for a van but got an SUV. My driver was in the domestic terminal when I clearly placed the details with flight number. The reason why I booked a van even if we were only 4 people, we had a lot of luggage and we wanted extra space for all of us. But then we just had to squeeze in everything and it worked okay. Was just expecting to get what I requested for.

I asked for a transfer from the hotel to the airport. I had you come just in time and think that the price was considerably lower than other companies. E-mail communication came in frequently after reservation, and it was available with confidence. I think this is a recommended activity.
