Start the tour at 9 AM with pick-up from your hotel. After a 5 minute drive,  set out on a hike through the beautiful Rose Valley which will take just over an hour. Pass by fairy-chimneys, local farms, pigeon houses, and rock-hewn cave chapels. Admire the wonderful range of rose-colored hues in the valley which change in intensity depending on the season, time of day, and weather conditions. Learn about the history and the unique formations of Cappadocia during the hike from your guide. Ah the end of the hike, make a quick stop at the picturesque old Cavusin cave village. Then head to Monks Valley (Pasabag), where you will see the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys and St. Simeon's monk cell. Then, drive to Goreme for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a tour of the Kaymaklı underground city, the first and most popular underground city in Cappadocia. Discover how this complex carved underground was used for hundreds of years by locals to hide from Romans, Persians, and Maurs. The final destination on the tour will be a photo stop at the bottom of Uchisar Rock-cut castle. Enjoy return transfer back to your hotel at around 4 PM.

Embark on a multi-day tour from Istanbul to discover the sights of Turkey. Explore ancient cities, swim in Cleopatra’s pool, and soar above Cappadocia on a hot air balloon. Lunch, guide, transportation, and all entrance fees will be included on the tour. After your day of exploration, head back to the hotel and stay another night in Goreme. Day 6: After breakfast, explore the southern side of Cappadocia on another guided day tour, and enjoy an included lunch. By the end of the day, take a transfer back to the hotel and have a couple of hours of free time for dinner (not included), shopping, or any other way you’d like to spend your time. Later, get picked up from your hotel and taken to the airport according to your scheduled flight time and fly back to Istanbul (included). Upon arrival in Istanbul, meet your driver at the airport and get taken back to your hotel.
