Take a beautiful sunset tour of the famed Etna volcano. Explore a lava cave, walk around craters and watch the sunset on the spectacular landscape Begin with a stop at a farm for a sampling of delicious local products. Visit one of the town's most famous organic farms for a delicious sampling of typical local products, including honey and wine. Continue your tour to a lava cave created during the 1792 eruption and enter the stunning site to learn about lava flows and the forces that create them. Then, stroll along the mountain trails to Mount Etna's Sapienza Refuge, and enjoy a pleasant walk around the lava flows created from the latest eruptions and the ancient Silvestri craters dating back to the 1892 eruption. From this supreme peak, watch the sunset over the breathtaking landscape before returning to your hotel in the evening.

This was an amazing trip to Etna. We stopped at a small winery on our way before heading up the mountain. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. I should warn you, it’s not an easy climb. Make sure you wear the proper footwear and clothing as recommended! The views from 2000’ were amazing!

Our tour guide Simone was fabulous, he had very good English and was easy to talk to. He told us many interesting things and shared recommendations for touring not only Etna and Catania but other parts of Sicily. Tasting of local food and wine was amazing, very tasty! We were given few options to tour Etna and we could upgrade to sunset quad tour which we picked and was definitely worth it!

Amazing! We were picked up at our hotel which was very easy. Then we went to the tasting which was so much fun! On the way Andrea talked about everything around us and the history of Catania and the Etna. When we arrived on the Etna we rented quads and went on to drive off road to see the sunset! It was a experience we will never forget. Loved it!
