After choosing your ingredients, head back at your host's home in order to create and name two of your very own recipes. Using the 3-5 staple ingredients that captured your imagination, immerse yourself in a private cooking class. With expert guidance, you will learn how to prepare your chosen ingredients and make two of your own Italian creations.   Cultivate your creativity and confidence in the kitchen by adding an Italian flair to your dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

Uncover the secrets of Italian family recipes on your travels, Your guide, or Cesarina will share their wisdom, which has been passed down in their families for generations. Go food shopping like a local with your host, enjoy the distinctive Italian local market and learn how to recognize the best produces from the land.  Come back to your Cesarina’s home, attend a private cooking demo where your host will share the secret of her family cookbook while finishing one of the dishes in front of you. Sit at an authentic Italian table and enjoy a 4-course seasonal menu including starter, pasta, main course with a side dish, and dessert accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines. Feel the warmth of Italian hospitality as you connect with local people. 

A romantic and exclusive dinner on our sailboat with a particular landscape. During the evening you will taste the special flavors of the typical Sicilian dishes. Your experience will start at the port of Catania, where you will meet our crew around 20:30 pm. Once onboard, you will enjoy a rustic appetizer with typical products (salami, cheese, products in olive oil), pasta with clams and fruits, all accompanied by a bottle of white local wine. At the end of the dinner you will discover the black landscape of the night of the Catania’s coasts from the see. During the sail, the captain will tell you more about the stunning Sicilian coast. Your exclusive experience will finish at the port of Catania, around 23:00 pm.
