We received very friendly professional tuition from Chad who was very knowledgeable about the island and extremely helpful This made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable and we have the wonderful photos he took of us. This was a change for us. We usually go with the horseback rides which I love, but this was something new and different. It took only a somewhat short time to get used to the segway. The little test track that's at the starting area really is helpful to get warmed up and practice before your venture to the main trail. The longer we rode the better I got. There are a couple of stops for pictures which really came out great. Our guide was very friendly and knows all about fruits which he sets up and shares at a planned break area. We planned this ourselves online and had plenty of time to make it back to the cruise pier for some more shopping. We had a 2pm. ride time. They will even pick you up right in front of the main shop area at the cruise pier. We checked with a lady at the desk just inside and she had us wait there and the driver came inside to meet us. It worked out great even though I was concerned not knowing my way around.

Facilities and staff were outstanding. Tour guide, Shanga Danga, took the time to show us the proper use of the Segway and then we went through amazing trails that overlooked beautiful sites. He was ful of information on the history of St. Lucia. Our whole familiy loved it, Segway's are amazing and so was our tour guide.
