We did this on our first day, it was perfect and I don’t see any other way of obtaining the most beneficial information on history and guidance for the rest of the trip. Peter our tour guide was absolutely fabulous I cannot quite comprehend how he knew so much delicate and intricate pieces of information that most don’t learn about in schools. This fascinated me and seriously helped build an image in my head creating an immersive experience. Needless to say the segways were absolutely fantastic! Great coaches Peter and his intern, we were pros by the end of it! To top it off we tried all the local traditional snacks and drinks that we hoped to! Thank you so much!!!
This was yet another wonderful experience. Since we requested an English speaking tour we ended up having our own private guide with Sofia who was just so pleasant and very knowledgeable of the Alfama zone and Lisbon. The stops along the way to taste Ginginha and Beirao along with their Pastel de Nata was delightful. Beautiful to see the architecture and landmarks still in existence. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. I highly recommend this tour.
Peter, our tour guide was superb. with one inexperienced segway user in our group, he masterfully built up her confidence to the point where she was absolutely comfortable. Equally impressive was his knowledge and enthusiasm for what he he does. I feel fortunate to have had the experience.
We did this tour in the afternoon on the day we arrived in Lisbon. It was a great tour with a wonderful guide named Isabel. She was very knowledgeable and really tailored the tour to our interests. One member of our party had mobility issues and she was very kind in assisting him.
this is a MUST in Lisbon, I had never rode a segway before but my tour guide Bjorn was great!! very safe and very informative. you really get to see all the best spots in the city!
