We couldn’t find the pick up point we were closer to as there were no signs on the bus stops to indicate that bus stops there! Got thru live chat and was given a number which was not answered. Got another number and got thru to London but person on the other side was not familiar with cardiff.ended up walking all the way to the 1st stop which took about an hour! Finally took the bus but had wasted so much time already so we couldn’t stop at all the points we would have liked to stop at. Driver was nice and helpful
