What people are saying about Capital Region of Iceland

It was so cool to see the volcano’s crater and all the lava that flowed out. The view from on top was incredible!! Our tour guide, Adam gave us lots of information about volcanos and sightseeing tips too. Adam witnessed the eruption and showed us his incredible photos and videos which have given him recognition. The hike was not too strenuous and there was ample time for photos. Highly recommend!!

What a great tour! We had an amazing time hiking throughout the glacier, going through the ice cave and seeing additional waterfalls. The experience was enjoyable for the whole family including our 8 and 10 year old. We also had some guests in our group who needed some hiking assistance and the guides did a great job of accommodating everyone's ability. Highly recommend this unique experience.

Very interesting and educational tour. Along the way to the ice cave, our onboard host, Christine, gave a lot of information about area and glaciers. Our guide inside the ice cave, Adrian, was very knowledgeable and funny. He explained the structures inside the cave, how the cave was formed, how deep underground the cave is and a lot more. Highly recommended tour.

The tour guide was so good that he explained how the ice cave formed and had patience on answering questions

Excellent! Best experience of the whole trip. Highly recommend it.
