Everything was wonderful! The organizer is accommodating to us, since my girlfriend unfortunately on the egtl. got sick day. We were able to do it the next day and it was absolutely great! We saw some big turtles and got great videos and photos. The centote was interesting too. We suspect this is always changing. Ours wasn't quite typical as you know it from the media, but that didn't matter. The only thing with the drinks and the snack was a 0.5 bottle of water and a kind of roll. Well, I don't necessarily call that "snacks and drinks" included...

Tour guide Karina is unparalleled! Speaks several languages, including German, which was perfect for us! She is very knowledgeable and you can tell that she really loves and lives her job! Saw a lot of turtles, rays and starfish in the sea. 1 star deduction, because for our taste it should have been a little more time in the sea (40 minutes). Cenote was super nice too! Hotel pick up on time and van air conditioned. Lunch or snack was so-so (pizza + muffin) all in all, but absolutely recommendable!

The trip was really nice! However, one must be aware that the turtles (contrary to the pictures and advertising of this tour) are relatively difficult to see because the water is very cloudy. After pickup, head to the park in Akalum to swim with the turtles. You are in the water for about 45 minutes, which is quite enough, as it is relatively exhausting. Afterwards you drive to a cenote and have enough time to swim there. The cenotes were really nice and not too crowded. With 11 people, our group was perfectly fine in terms of size. The guide, Abraham, was really great and even provided small snacks for everyone. A successful day! There is a deduction because of the poor view of the turtles and in this context a poor price/performance ratio, mainly because it is advertised completely differently on pictures and one has accordingly higher expectations.
