Nice sunset and stargazing. The stargazing assumed no previous knowledge, the guide helpfully pointed to stars and constellations. The sky was amazing. Throughout the tour, the guide was knowledgeable and funny. I expected more walking and exploring in the national park area. Glad they recommended warm clothing.

    3. Teide Night Experience with Dinner and Stargazing

The night sky over the Canary Islands, especially as seen from Mount Teide, is known for being one of the best places in the world to admire and study the stars. On this 8-hour tour you’ll see the constellations and magical shooting stars. Your specialist stargazing guide will help you to understand and enjoy the sky at night from an extraordinary landscape. During the excursion you’ll stop for dinner at Bodegas Reverón in Vilaflor village, at 1,414 meters above sea level. You’ll be treated to a typical Canarian dinner and you’ll be able to try different types of wines produced in this unique area.

Tour wasinteresting missed the sunset since we were still on the coach, the dinner was lovely in a beautifull bodega that sells its own wine. The stargazing took place in a small parking area beside a road, cars on the road have to use their full lights so can be very intrusive, wish we had moved a little further to avoid this. The guide was very knowledgable of the constellations and the cosmologicaal equipment used on the island. Overall it was a good experience for anyone interested in the universe, but dont be expecting to use any telescopes to get a closer look at anything, as we were they are not provided.

What people are saying about Canary Islands

We were with Kieran for sunset and star gazing. It was well organized, entertaining, informative and entertaining. The looks through the telescope definitely triggered some wow moments. Even if a German translation is offered, it is best to understand English. Take warm jackets with you, it gets really cold up on the Teide. It is great that a lot of photos are taken and that these are made available at no extra charge

Great!!! it was really a beautiful evening! filled with stars! we took the time to look through the telescopes, plus it's nice to hear someone share their passion. the sunset was also exquisite! Thanks for the jackets and the pictures taken up there!

A really great experience! The pickup worked great and everyone was very friendly. Despite the clouds, the team looked for a vacancy in the sky and we had a fantastic view! It is worth it!

Everything was well organized from start to finish. The guide provided extensive information. I can and will recommend the tour to others.
