Take a walking tour that will make the ancient streets and buildings of Cambride come alive. See some of the famous colleges where famous (and infamous) people worked and lived. Visit the world-renowned Old Cavendish Laboratory where the electron, the proton, the neutron and the sturcture of DNA were discovered. Enjoy a visit to Pembroke College where many famous names from literature, TV and film spent their formative years.  Along the way, you will visit some of Cambridge's historic churches, such as St. Bene't's which dates from the early 11th-century. Its Saxon origins make it the oldest church in the county of Cambridgeshire. You will also see the majestic King's College Chapel which took over 100 years to build.  This tour is ideal for people who have a tight schedule but who want to see the best of Cambridge and get a feel for this historic center. This fun and informative tour is led by one of the experienced Cambridge Green Badge guides.
