    Ted, our guide, was very helpful and always ensured we were comfortable with the walking up hills. He gave us various options for the route to view the wonderful houses. Ted’s knowledge was vast on San Francisco, as well as the architecture and history of the many houses we visited.

    The boat ride was absolutely worth the $100! The captain had tons of super interesting facts and book excerpts. It doesn't get much better that Emerald Bay, anywhere! Get there early so you can get yourself a great seat in on the front of the boat. I will do it again when I visit.

    Our tour guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. We got to see everything we had hoped. The Hollywood sign was further away than expected, but everything else lived up to the advertising. One of the highlights of our time in LA.

    Loved the Harry Potter area. I wanted my picture as t the friends display but the line took forever and I had waited twenty minutes and couldn’t wait any longer! It’s a poor set up, you have there! I was very upset!

    The crew was very helpful getting my husband on and off the boat. He is in a wheelchair. I wish he could have give up too, more to set up there. We enjoyed the audio tour which was broadcast over the ship. I learned a lot about the bridges and the surrounding areas.

Our guide was great! We got to see Muir Woods without having to worry about driving or making reservations.

All the staff was so friendly and professional. The guides were very knowledgeable. We had a great time.
