Everything is super organized. You will be told exactly when and where to meet. You get enough time in Alcudia to browse the market, eat ice cream and drink an espresso. The boat ride is very pleasant, as is the free time at Formemtor beach. The last stop, the view from Formentor is really outstanding. Everything is very well thought out, you get brief informative information and can actively relax. I can and would recommend it to everyone.
