    Well worth it

I will admit that I was a bit skeptical when my wife wanted to take this tour. I will gladly say that I was very happy with her decision. All of it from top to bottom was a great time, especially being able to pet kangaroos and a wallaby or two. The tour guides were very fun and informative to just about any question you have about the animals and/or rainforest. Even the lunch was pretty good. Overall a great experince and I would highly recommend this tour for anyone with an open day.

I can only recommend this tour! Top organized.

Very varied and a TOP organization. In the village itself Kurunda you have a little time and here I would visit the small wildlife park in the Marketplace. The koalas are a little younger and sweeter here. But you have to pay for it yourself. You can also insert Bird Park for a short time. Train, lunch, guided tour of the other park, cable car- all a top experience and recommended. We had not booked the butterfly park now, as we were already in some butterfly gardens.

    Excellent tour

Overall it has a very nice feel. Some parts can be less exciting like learning to throw a boomerang. The lunch was great. The rail journey and sky rail were both wonderful. We went back to Kuranda the next day again. The thing missing in the tour was the guided rainforest walk and boat cruise on the Kuranda. I would have preferred that over wildlife park included in the rain forestation. The other thing is that you don't get much time to spend in the markets. You really need to rush if you want to see the markets and the butterfly sanctuary. But OK overall.
