Belfast: Giant's Causeway and Bushmills Whiskey Tour

1. Belfast: Giant's Causeway and Bushmills Whiskey Tour

Take an exclusive tour to the Giants Causeway in Northern Ireland, accompanied by a whiskey tasting at the world's oldest licensed whiskey distillery, Bushmills Distillery. During your whiskey tasting your resident whiskey expert will tell you all about the fantastic 10 year old, 12 year old, and distillery reserve whiskey that you will sample. Following that, you will move on to the Dark Hedges, off Bregagh Road. The Dark Hedges were planted 270 years ago by the Stuart family as a driveway to their mansion, Gracehill Manor. You will get to spend approximately 20 minutes there. There are over 200 beech trees along the driveway, which create the perfect backdrop for incredible photos. You will then get to admire the views of Dunluce Castle for a quick 5 minute stop. The castle is the oldest in Ireland, with its ruins still intact. Following that, spend 2 hours at the Giant's Causeway. This must-see World Heritage Site is Northern Ireland's most popular visitor attraction, and for good reason. It is also known as the 8th World Wonder, and whilst there you can embrace the 60,000 hexagonal columns made of basalt as you learn about the story behind them. Some people say that the Giant's Causeway was created by Finn McCool himself when he was creating a walkway from Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Fantastic tour. Well planned, well organized with a very knowledgable and funny guide (forgot his name; it was a very Irish name). The Causeway itself is gorgeous, a must-see if you are visiting Ireland. Love the whiskey tasting bit of the tour the most (of course!). We got to try different ones (already included in the tour price, no extra charges!) and have learnt a lot more about whiskey. Also got to stop at the Dark Hedges and Belfast, making the trip even more interesting. A long day but a fruitful one. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking a full Irish experience. Make sure to put on your warmest jacket. We visited in Jan 2019. It was really cold once you got out of the bus. Thank you again for the amazing experience!

In this day and age, this company is a rarity. I have never received this excellent of service ever before. They exceeded out expectations in every way. They gave us personal service and made visiting Ireland easy and wonderful. It is really refreshing to see people who care about their jobs in the service industry. The transport was clean and punctual! If I knew today was my last day on earth, I would grab the phone and ring Marcos ( best bus driver ever) and Bambi ( hostess with the mostest) and would say “ guys bring the bus around, we’re going on an adventure, and I need you to show me the way”. Seriously easiest way to see all the things you want to see, and didn’t even know you wanted to.

Sadly the trip I originally booked got canceled due to low attendance. The company gave me the option to cancel or book a different tour (which was the same tour except the whiskey tasting). The people were very helpful and apologetic about it. I choose the other tour and I do not regret it. It was amazing!!! Daniel (Guide) and Brian (Bus Driver) were great fun and made the trip seem like it was flying by. Daniel played music from Irish artists throughout the trip and talked about Irish history. It was a fun and informative trip.

Fantastic day out. Got lucky with the weather so enjoyed the causeway. But the whiskey tasting was the highlight for me. Best tour we took on our trip to Ireland. Fantastic guide and driver. Very well planned tour

Was amazing more importantly our guide Shawn is amazing, funny and supportive.
