Booked this last minute the day before as the other provider we had booked this excursion with had messed us around. Great communication from start to finish thanks to our amazing tour guide Micheal. He was informative, punctual, friendly and funny. We loved the special cheese you get with the tour. We had 2.5 hours in Zakopane and 2.5 hours at the thermal baths and then travel inbetween. Micheal kindly sent us recommendations of what to do and how to get to the best bits. Both experiences were amazing and definitely a must do if you visit Krakow.
The destination was totally worth it! The polish mountains, namely Zakopane is a beautiful place, specially all covered with snow! The guide was super nice and all was very well organized! We highly recommend this trip! Maybe we will repeat it during spring or again during winter! The free time we had for lunch was also perfect. And the stop for cheese very tasteful!
Amazing day from start to finish. Driver and our tour guide (Joanna) were fantastic. Smoked cheese and cherry vodka shots were delicious. Tatra mountains views were stunning and lots of options for delicious food and drinks in your free time. The thermal springs were the icing on the cake…..WOW. So we’ll organised from start to finish.
Mike was fantastic at his job and was a very friendly man he made sure we were safe and that we had a good time in Poland I would recommend him and definitely book him again and want him as my tour guid the driver was brilliant too he got us to and from our destination safely
