Full description
The tour departs at 11am from the touristic town of Bugibba and then sets sail for the stunning Blue Lagoon. On the open sea, experience Malta from a new vantage point and admire the views of the ocean and the island itself. As you cruise along the coast, witness Malta’s magnificent coastline, including enormous cliffs and crystal clear waters. On route to the lagoon, pass by the tiny St. Paul’s island and view the statue of the apostle Saint Paul, rising high into the sky. After about one hour of sailing, arrive at the lagoon and watch the captain drop the boat’s anchor into the stunning blue waters. Marvel at the incredibly crisp turquoise water that is clearer than a swimming pool and the perfect destination to cool off from the hot Maltese weather. The boat moors at the lagoon in a secluded and tranquil cove away from the crowds, it's the ideal location to swim and snorkel in the waters. Spend the day making the most of the boat's facilities, relax and sunbathe on the cushioned sun loungers and soak up the glorious sunshine. Then, slip into the sea from the huge water-slide on the upper deck and make a splash. Once you’ve worked up an appetite from your swim, head to the boat’s bar and pickup some lunch to enjoy on the return journey back to port.

The only thing I did not enjoy was the tourist area at the Blue Lagoon. The swim/snorkel area was packed with swimmers and the water was trashy. Such a disappointment. It would have been better to rent a private sail for swimming and snorkeling. However the boat cruise and views of the cliffs were magnificent. Boat captain and staff were knowledgeable and professional.

We traveled yesterday, great organization, very elegant slide, I particularly liked the basic package which also included the Medusa sting; fresh at the right point the pineapple present on the water; great spirit of initiative against tax evasion, which introduced the tax of 2 euros (each) for electronic payment. Excellent experience on the crazy sofa, which made me find the vertebrae lost long ago. During the execution of the same, however, two other vertebrae were lost, in order to finally be able to practice eroticism. Men's abdominal rating 3.5; women 6 ++

It was a fun trip! We opted for swimming and boating. That was great fun for the kids. Some chose the combination with a Gozo exploration, so I can't judge that. You sail along the Crystal Lagoon and swim there for an hour, then the boat drops the people in Gozo and sails to the Blue Lagoon, beautiful there, very busy with tourists, but nice for a swim. All in all a nice day to take nice pictures. Eating and drinking on the boat is not expensive. Renting snorkels was also not expensive. Only downside, the skipper himself is an old chagrin who is nagging at everyone, tourists and staff, and he does this very unfriendly. He also really feels in charge and expresses this too. The other staff, young guys, often get a sneer from him, but they are friendly. It didn't bother me much, but it did bother me now and then by the old man's behavior. Also had a very nice day!
