Our guide latzko was fantastic! We had a great time, very interesting and lot fun. If you are looking for an adventure where you crawl and squish into narrow places go for it you won't be disappointed! Bring also cash as you can't tip by card and I wish we had for Latzko. Bring also comfortable clothes, I had a jogger and thermo shirt, sneakers I can throw in the washing machine, the rest is provided by them. Maybe a little plus you can wear is some waterproof gloves, it's muddy down the caves, and sometimes you might want to rub your nose or take a quick picture, both better with clean hands. If you don't have not a big deal, you can easily make it without. So again thanks for Latzko who made this experience an unforgettable one!

Unique experience. Very knowledgeable guide. Tour is definitely challenging physically, but your guide and the rest of the group is there to talk you through each part. Route through the cave is tailored the the group. Along the way you get information on each room within the cave. There are fossils and crystals to see. Highlight was the sandwich with is an very narrow space to crawl through. Coming out on the other side feels like a victory. Although it is 8-10 degreees Celsius within the cave, with the overalls you get and the physical activity it did not feel cold just wearing shorts and a T-shirt underneath. Highlight of my trips as a whole, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for something active, be it solo or as a (small) group.

A Well spoken english and knowledgeable guide made an excellent caving experience. We were given thick boiler suits to wear to protect our clothes.wear old trainers as you do get messy and i ripped the sole off mine. Had to use eye drops to clear eyes as there is dust particals floating around. Lots of tight spaces to crawl through particular the death sandwich part... Over all agood experience not for people who are cosphobic and you should have reasonably good fitness.
