Begin your unique adventure at the Columbia Icefield Discovery Center. Meet your guide, who will take you to the Athabasca Glacier. At the scheduled time, board your Ice Explorer, a huge vehicle specifically designed for glacial travel, and set off on an exciting ride. Outstanding in every way - from booking, to ticketing, registration, embarkation, itinerary and commentary, food, disembarkation etc., all was A1, done with the background of very caring and friendly staff.

It was good all the way through. I loved that the boat was full of replica artifacts and animal prints, etc. I will definitely be doing this again.

WE were able to see multiple whales and Bill and Joe were very good. The open boat ride was very smooth and comfortable.
