For a first time visitor, she wasn't helpful at directing people what direction to go in to find the point of interest she had mentioned. This should have been a helpful experience and this particular woman was uninteresting, I would say bored with her job.... Sorry, I don't find fault with these types of things, but this was hard to watch as people expected help but received indifference.

Great way to get an overview of the city and explore it with ease. The guides varied in their entertainment rating - there was a female guide who didn't seem to know much about the city & wasn't very enthusiastic. (She may not have been a morning person!) But the 3-4 male guides we had later in the day were great! Willing to give us info on which stops to use to reach lesser-known landmarks. All stops but one had a quick pickup. It was nice that different guides didn't repeat the exact same stories.

We had the BEST time on the tour with our guide, Hercules. He was informative, funny and wicked Smaht! We laughed all day because of him. We got off the bus when he had to take a lunch break but we got him back later in the day. He’s a treasure and made the tour a blast.
