You’ll have to take a watertaxi to the island, which is simple to do. We were a bit unsure of the meeting point, but after walking into a cafe and office, we met with the tour provider and found where we needed to be. They can provide you with a cell phone and headphones that have an accompanying audio/video guide, or you can download the app and use your own headphones. There is a tour guide, but they essentially are just opening doors and taking you around. Much of the guide comes from the audio commentary on the app. Our tour group was small (5 people in total), which was nice considering the intimate setting of the tour. You explore the labyrinth at your own pace, with the soundtrack from the app playing in the headphones to accompany you (which was actually very fun!)

It was one of the best experiences in Venice! After a wonderful lunch overlooking the port, we had a very atmospheric tour. Special thanks to the waiter Alexandra for the warm welcome and professionalism!

The lunch was excellent and there was a lovely ambience in the cafe. The labyrinth was very interesting and it was fun to see it from the library terrace and to walk through it. We had fun!
