Be welcomed with a nice glass of white wine and learn how to taste like a pro with a Bordeaux wine Masterclass, located in the heart of the historical centre. Taste red grape varieties from Bordeaux and get a fun and entertaining introduction to the fundamental notions of Bordeaux wines (terroir, grape varieties, AOC…) and the different stages of vinification. Continue the wine program with the different systems of "Grand Cru" classifications, and the main concepts of sommellerie. This Masterclass was absolutely awesome. I had the pleasure to learn more about Bordeaux and the wine produced here. The host was amazingly passionate about the subject so it was a pleasure to listen to her and learn about everything she shared with me. It was a very nice moment, I’ll definitely come back with some people to make them discover this lovely place.
