Full description

Take part in a casual wine tasting class and significantly improve your skills in tasting and comparing fine French wines. To start you off on this 2-hour activity, you’ll enjoy a welcoming glass of white wine and a glass of red wine. Learn to break the codes of wine tasting by using their color, aroma and taste. Then you’ll take a tour of France through its wines. Taste 4 wines from the 4 main wine regions of France, discovering their diversity and hearing about the concepts of ‘terroir’ and ‘appellation’. Afterwards your wine educator will conduct a blending workshop. Bordeaux wines are blends made from various types of grapes, such as Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, and others. Taste each variety separately and create your very own ‘cuvée’ from the ones that you like best. At the end of the class you’ll have a chance to enjoy your wines with traditional French delicacies.

We had a great time at 2, it was very interesting, we learned a lot about history, the terroir, the manufacturing ... We will appreciate our glass differently now and all his advice will be useful for us to know the choose without taking the lead. Go there with your eyes closed, you will not see the time pass and this in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere!

Really professional and serves a lot of wine

I really like wine and drink it a lot, but even though I poured a small amount for tasting, it was too much, so I had to throw it away. I was able to try so many different wines, and it was fun to explain everything by region. The space was well decorated and it was cute and nice!

Great experience !! We have Quentin, a very good teacher. He explains really well, ip gives good advice if you want to buy wine and even cannelés. And above all, he's super nice. If I had to do it again I would do it without hesitation! We recommend !!
