Cologne: 3-Hour Südstadt Food Tour

1. Cologne: 3-Hour Südstadt Food Tour

Start your 3-hour walking tour at Chlodwigplatz, in the heart of the Südstadt. Learn some culinary facts about the district before enjoying your first taster. Hear about the history of the Südstadt as the walk continues. Stop for your second international gastronomical visit. Continue past cool second-hand shops, comic book stores, and the Mangal Döner, Lukas Podolski's latest project. Visit a Cologne brewery before stopping for a typical Cologne snack. Get more insider knowledge from your guide and hear the story of the House Balchem, St. Severin, and the wrong side of the Rhine. Savor another international delicacy and then end the tour with a sweet specialty.

What people are saying about Bonn

The tour was great! A guided tour through the Severinsviertel. You learned a lot of exciting things and stopped at interesting and above all delicious restaurants. So you got to know traditional Cologne food, but also simply extraordinary food, while learning something about the history of Cologne. If there were difficulties in understanding, the guide always translated old idioms directly into standard German so that everyone could understand everything. I would book again at any time.

Culinary walk in the Vringsveedel (kolner Sudstadt/severinsstrasse) led by guide Harry. Fun, varied, with 5 stops to enjoy the culinary diversity of the neighborhood, and of course the Kolsch was also consumed. Nice to get to know the neighborhood around Chlodwichplatz in this way.

A city tour according to our "taste"... :) Walk a few, eat a lot and learn interesting stories about the district. Harry really knows his stuff. We got to know a few delicious food spots and learned funny anecdotes. :)

An excellent tour of the south end of Cologne, which is off the beaten path of the tourist trail. 5 taste stops with many stories and facts about the town. Bernie knows his stuff!

Was very cozy and tasty, learned a lot about history, only German but very easy to understand. Harry was our guide, definitely recommended,
