Gina was an excellent guide giving us a great introduction to Bogotá by sharing many interesting facts about the city and the food we tried. She went out of her way to make us feel as welcome as possible. We tried changua, calentao, chocolate santafereño, caldo de pescao, and a great fruit juice dessert. Her personality is as sweet as a person can get, our interactions with her are for sure one of our top highlights of Bogotá!

The walking tour was amazing. We really enjoyed learning about all the different foods from the different regions in Colombia. And they were really healthy portions. The foods were so delicious and as an added bonus our fantastic guide Yuli took us down streets with graffiti. It was almost two tours in one! I definitely recommend this tour if you want to learn about food history in Colombia. Ask for Yuli! She was the absolute best and was very personable. We would definitely do this tour again!

Fredy gave us an absolutely wonderful tour through La Candalaria and the surrounding areas as we visited 5 different locations for an experience of Colombian breakfast dishes. Not only was each location and dish spectacular, Fredy possesses a vast amount of historical and cultural knowledge of Colombia, and Colombian appetites that really makes this tour about much more than just the food. I learned a lot, and it certainly doesn't hurt that Fredy is super friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, we booked this tour because we wanted an authentic Colombian food experience, something different than the typical touristy dining establishments, and it went way above and beyond our expectations.
