Unfortunately, our group of 10 was not on the list of participants for the 10:45 am ship for which we had tickets, so we were not allowed on board. Luckily, only a quarter of an hour later, a second ship left with exactly the same tour, but we were on their list. The shock was great at first because we were not informed of this rebooking. In retrospect, however, the later departure turned out to be a stroke of luck, since we glided over the water almost noiselessly and without vibration thanks to the electric drive of the ship. The first ship had a diesel engine drive.

The boat was well attended. The waiter was friendly and interested that everything was going well. The prices were a bit excessive, but okay. The volume of the announcements and explanations was appropriate. From the time it was a great fit. We were back on time.

Extensive explanation of the city with Berlin humor succeeded, very sympathetic voice. Uncomplicated booking, reservation and admission via app; very relaxing in advance of booking. Thank you, we really enjoyed this fun filled tour with our kids living abroad.
