I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in the politics and history of Germany, architecture, current events and even if they just want to get a more informed perspective of Berlin and Germany. The tour guide I had was very personable, informed, engaging and had a wealth of knowledge to share. Starting of just outside Brandenburg gate and finishing off at the top of the Dome of the Reichstag, I was taught about and thoughtfully guided past key monuments, memorials and places of interest outside of the Reichstag too. My tour guide also made sure he tailored the tour to meet my interests and needs for the trip. The Dome at the top of the Reichstag is a must and has spectacular views across Berlin. Do not hesitate to book this tour as either a private group or as part of a bigger tour.

The guide knows the history of the country, the buildings of Berlin, the cold war, etc... Taking into account that the entrance to the building is free and that there were no queues to get tickets, the tour is very expensive for what that gives you, since the guide leaves before you reach the top.

Great that we were able to get in, not sure how easy it would be without tour because they booked the building security for entrance. Really a must see in the evening- city lights and so much cooler. Inside the dome can get pretty warm and stuffy....
