What people are saying about Berkshire

I was picked up at the right time and our narrator for my tour Trish was nice and she gave us the full history of Windsor & Eton Riverside. She even got us ready to take pictures before approaching some buildings like the Windsor Castle, the Cathedral & riverside. She spared her time to take my picture too and everyone likes the picture. She got to know where we came from and showed us where to take the boat if we had paid for it and where to eat. I had a fabulous time on the Hop-on Hop-off open Top Bus Tour and I hope to go back soon. It’s worth more than the price.

Great trip! New, clean buses with A/C. Left on time. Driver and guide were both very professional. Guide shared lots of knowledge. Passed up the very, very long line to get on to the grounds. Windsor Castle is absolutely stunning. Have to see it to believe it!

I enjoyed all aspects of the tour and find the time to go by very quickly when visiting! I wanted to give gratuity to the driver and only had large on me to wish to return again! Send my love to all! Thank you very much for a very enjoyable tour!

The tour itself was great but the booking ticket and app told us to be at the check in point 2 hours earlier than necessary. This was very disappointing and definitely ruined the first half of our day as our hotel was not near the departure point

Best and friendliest guide (chauffeur) ever!

Good explanations, was very concerned about his guests
