What people are saying about Bergen

It’s just like the ferry running insides Bergen, but the scenes near Flam are stunning. The ferry will close up to waterfalls or slow down around attractions and have some introductions there. Those are in Norwegian mostly but in English sometimes too. If you’re lucky enough, you have both trips under the sun so you’ll use up your mobile’s storage for pictures and videos. Our trip was sunny going to Flam but it’s raining when returned. But it is still well worth the trip. If we knew that we can take ferry from Flam to Bergen, it’s better to do a one-way trip as return trip is still quite time-consuming. I think the ferry has better scenes than the train from Myrdal to Bergen.

Trip was very long and can get quite exhausting. Itinerary was super well-organised from train, railway, cruise to bus. I personally thought the cruise could be omitted if anyone planned to do this on their own. The tour is a fantastic way to do Oslo to Bergen. I would recommend hiking / cycling after the Flam railway which is just GREAT!

Beautiful scenery, they have audio giving you information on the places passed by but you may not hear it clearly when the wind is blowing hard. The ship has seats on the outdoor deck and also indoors. Cruise staff is friendly.

An excellent short trip & a great way to get photos of Bergen and of the picturesque antique ship! Excellent value for money with an opportunity to get some hands-on boating experience OR relax, as you wish.

The trip was excellent. Very enjoyable and just the right amount of time. Fjord and surrounding landscapes are very beautiful.
