Tommy was great company, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go to extra effort to make my experience thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. This was my first experience of Lokafy but I will certainly be looking out for them as first choice in future. A great concept that works perfectly for me.

I was a little sceptical on booking at first but we really wanted a personal tour suited to our needs. Tommy, our guide, proved to be fantastic; knowledgable, friendly, flexible and above all, friendly. He even offered to take a picture of us as we left Bergen on our cruise from the surrounding hills! We wanted an easy walking tour without too many hills and Tommy was very accommodating, taking us gently around the city and to some great panoramic view-points. If you want rehearsed tours with exact dates in history then stick to traditional guides. For us, the local aspect was perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

We had an amazing experience in Bergen with ILZE. She picked-up us from the airport and showed all the best location and must see attractions in just a few hours from city walk to a short hike. We experienced Bergen as per our comfort and Ilze shared a lot of stories about the city's history and its culture. She helped us in taking some beautiful pictures too. We highly recommend Ilze and this tour.
