Meet at 9 AM and begin your drive in the direction of the canyon. During the drive, admire the beautiful landscape of Osumi Valley. After 30-minutes, stop in a city called Polican which was famous during the communist era for producing millions of guns. Discover how the guns factories now lie abandoned as a reminder of the past. After a 1.5-hour drive, arrive at the canyon and begin the hike. Admire the beautiful scenery and look out for local wildlife. At the end of the hike, enjoy a swim in the river to freshen up at the end of the walk. Transfer back to Berat at the end of the tour.

You will leave at 8:30 in the morning on foot from Rruga Mihal Komnena to go through the city center, where you will have the opportunity to see the Orthodox churches and mosques which are right next to each other. Berat is one of the cities of Albania where there is no need to talk about tolerance between cultures and religions. For centuries, the Christian Orthodox community has coexisted with the Muslim community showing signs of harmony and brotherhood. Going through the famous Mangalem and Gorica districts, crossing the ancient Gorica bridge you will notice that this city has its characteristic stone houses. Once you reach the top of Gorica, you will stop to enjoy the panoramic view. You will return from the opposite side of the hill so you will enjoy a privileged point of view of the surrounding valleys, where oil and wine are produced.
