Lovely place to visit. Waterfalls are tranquil. If you have difficulty walking don’t go, if you do go make sure you take beach shoes or strong waterproof shoes so you can walk up the side of the waterfalls and in to the waters to cool off! (You can get beach shoes which they sell in many shops nearby). We spent about 2.5 hours on site and then went off site to have some lunch. Restaurants are reasonably priced with great service.

Picked up just in time. Even a day in advance, get your gide contacted us by phone for a pick-up point closer to us. Very nice spontaneous guide on the bus. We were dropped off and picked up on time. The falls are also very beautiful and fun to visit. Also with children who can take a dip. A must for us.

Fantastic day out

There’s a lot of walking up steep inclines and stairs. Make sure to buy the water shoes, flip flops are useless on the rocks and in the water. Most shops sell them from around 8-10 euros a pair, well worth every penny. It’s a constant 18 degrees in the water, even in summer, so it’s cold! It’s a natural occurring area of 7 waterfalls in total so there’s no shops once you’re inside it’s purely walking to see each waterfall and swimming. Make sure to take water and lunch. A few people, myself included said it wasn’t what we were expecting. There are toilets but no kiosks for water or food. At least 2 people fell on the rocks as they’re obviously slippery hence the water shoes are a MUST. There are shallow pools and deeper diving and swimming pools. I’m not on for sitting sunbathing so after a swim and dive we left. However I’d go again! Katie was our tour guide and Davide our bus driver they made for a safe, enjoyable journey. Great memories created :-)
