Next, head to Dunluce Castle for a photo stop. The iconic ruin of Dunluce Castle bears witness to a long and tumultuous history. First built on the dramatic coastal cliffs of north County Antrim by the MacQuillan family around 1500, the earliest written record of the castle was in 1513. Last but not least, you'll see the Giant's Causeway, an area of around 40,000 interlocking basalt columns - the result of an ancient volcanic eruption.

The tour begins with a scenic drive through the Glens of Antrim to the North Coast of Ireland. It is truly breathtaking with rugged cliffs, sandy beaches, and wonderful views of Scotland. Ample time is given at the incredible Giant's Causeway, a famous World Heritage Site. It is a 20-minute walk from the drop-off point to the Causeway site or a shuttle bus operates for a small charge. The hexagonal basalt rocks really look like they were manmade, and this leads the people in Ireland to believe they were carved by Ireland's most famous Giant Warrior, the great Finn MacCoole. Stop for one of the most impressive photo opportunities in Ireland, the magnificent Dunluce Castle. Part of this impressive ruin crumbled into the sea in the 1600s. This castle is connected to the mainland by a bridge and was once the stronghold of the McDonnell clan. In the afternoon you return to Belfast City for a sightseeing tour that takes in the highlights of this vibrant city, including City Hall, the River Lagan, Queens University, St Anne's cathedral, and Prince Albert memorial Clock.

During our stop here you can spend time climbing over the ancient stones, snapping photos, and reflecting on the myths and legends of this very unique area. Lunch Stop: we can stop for lunch in a nice Irish pub to sample our good food and maybe a cheeky pint of Guinness. Or you can sample some locally caught fish in one of the best fish and chips shops and of course not forgetting the mushy peas. Old Bushmills Whiskey Distillery: Our next stop of the day is at Bushmills Whiskey Distillery which has been creating beautiful ‘water of life ‘since 1608 making this the oldest working distillery in Ireland. Dunluce Castle: We continue a wonderful day with a photo stop at Dunluce Castle. We arrive at one of the most dramatic castle ruins in the world.
