Follow an enthusiastic and passionate guide through the picturesque Beaujolais wine route at the controls of a Segway, an innovative and ecological means of transport. Accessible to beginners, it is a fun experience to enjoy with family or friends. Meet your guide in the morning or afternoon, depending on the time chosen for the visit. You will first benefit from a 15-minute presentation on the use of the Segway. You will be ready to enjoy this visit with confidence. Each circuit is designed so that everyone can enjoy the beauty of the Beaujolais countryside and its historic villages. This 1h15 excursion starts at a winemaker's estate located in a charming village near Villefranche-sur-Saône, just 30 minutes from Lyon. Follow your local guide through vineyards and other stunning scenery. Make a few stops to take pictures of the hillsides and the many small villages that surround them. After exploring the fields, continue through the medieval village of Oingt to enjoy its beauty and character. Then return to the estate by following the road and crossing the fields. You will be welcomed by the winemaker, who will happily present his wines and local products to you.

This 20 km tour will bring you on quiet and scenic roads offering diverse points of view. We will discover several wine villages of the “crus beaujolais” and their differents wine appellations as Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Régnié. The objective is to have a good time, to discover the wine world specifically the Beaujolais wines from the different appellations, the history of Beaujolais, the winemaker’s work, some geology... All of this in a friendly atmosphere. I will answer any question that might hit you.

Discovery day of the Beaujolais wine region, located 50 minutes north of Lyon. 3 visits of wineries are planned during the day, two in the morning and one after lunch. We will taste 5 to 7 wines per winery and discover the different approaches to winemaking in the region (traditionnal, organic, biodynamic...) You have two choices: either the day takes place in the company of a private driver and without my presence, or I will be present for the day in addition to the driver. Up to two people will be transported in a recent Mercedes sedan with air conditioning. For groups of 3 or more, we'll opt for a comfortable new V-Class Van with a lounge area for the whole day.
