The tour guide, Dean, was just excellent….a credit to your service ! Can’t say enough about him. Your website, however, was terrible. It has not been updated. We paid online, and went to the address shown on the website, and the building was empty. Furthermore, we were directed to the Marina parking lot where a tour bus was suppose to be, and there was none. Fortunately we didn’t wait too long before the bus showed up….but we weren’t sure it was our bus, until we took the initiative to ask. Your company had absolutely flunked your logistical service. However, I gave you 5 stars anyway, because Dean saved your butts…..and I add, your transportation was first rate.

Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of the area and the old homes located there. He was open to questions and they allowed us to bring our 35 pound dog on the tour! It was nice to take a tour in air conditioned bus on a very hot August Day.

We loved the bus tour of historic downtown Beaufort! Dean was so knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting! He has a beautiful voice to boot! I highly recommend this tour especially on a hot summer day!
